Verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All transactions on s9gam are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). s9gam currently supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa and Mastercard bank cards. s9gam does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit on s9gam is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit tiers may require additional verification. s9gam reserves the right to decline deposits at its discretion, including where fraud, money laundering, or irregular betting patterns are suspected. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player. s9gam may void bets at its discretion in cases of technical error, manifest pricing error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or insider information.
A bet may be declared void by s9gam in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned before the relevant market can be determined; a pricing error is identified; the player placed the bet after the outcome was determined (late bets); or the bet was placed using a technical exploit. Void bets are refunded as stake credit to the player's s9gam account.
PSL and cricket betting markets on s9gam follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, match result markets are voided and stakes returned. Over/under markets may be settled on a reduced-over basis where stated. In-play bets placed after a significant event (such as a wicket or six) that is not yet reflected in the live odds may be voided at s9gam's discretion.

Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate representations of the long-run mathematical return. Withdrawal requests on s9gam are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. Self-Exclusion is permanent for 12 months: If you request self-exclusion on s9gam, we will honour that request without exception. We will not process attempts to reopen a self-excluded account before the minimum exclusion period has expired.

Circumstances that may lead to suspension include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months; or a player's own request.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. s9gam will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity measures. After 12 months of inactivity, any remaining balance will be held in trust for the player and is available for withdrawal on account reactivation following KYC verification.
Where an account is closed by s9gam for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days. Where closure is the result of prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in full.
